The type of discipline taught here does not require hard work and discipline but rather understanding and awareness. By this I mean becoming conscious of the TYPE and QUALITY of the thinking we have on your mind at any moment in time.
Although this programme was originally designed to focus on sporting achievements, you do not have to be involved in sports to benefit from it. There are numerous parallels between the challenges faced in sport, business and leadership and these mental strategies are relevant to all facets of our lives.
